1. REPORTING COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

If you believe your copyrighted material appears on our site without permission, send us a DMCA Takedown Notice that includes:

Required information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature

  • Identification of the copyrighted work

  • The exact URL or location of the infringing content

  • Your full contact details:

    • Full name

    • Address

    • Phone number

    • Email

  • A good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized

  • A statement under penalty of perjury confirming:

    • Your notice is accurate

    • You are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

2. HOW WE RESPOND

Initial review

  • All DMCA notices are reviewed promptly

  • Incomplete notices may be rejected

  • Valid claims are typically processed within 1–2 business days

Action taken

Once a valid notice is received, we will:

  • Remove or disable the infringing content

  • Notify the customer or user involved

  • Document the takedown internally

  • Take additional action for repeated violations

3. COUNTER-NOTICE PROCESS

If your content was removed and you believe it was done in error, you may file a Counter-Notice with:

  • Your physical or electronic signature

  • Identification of what was removed and where it appeared

  • A sworn statement that:

    • The material was removed mistakenly

    • You have the legal right to use it

  • Your contact information and consent to U.S. federal court jurisdiction

Counter-notices should be sent to the same email and address listed above.

4. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY

We use a simple three-strike system:

  1. First violation → Written warning

  2. Second violation → Temporary suspension

  3. Third violation → Permanent account termination

Terminated accounts may request reinstatement after 6 months with proof of compliance.

5. CUSTOM DESIGN GUIDELINES

Allowed:

  • Original artwork or photography you created

  • Licensed or royalty-free assets

  • Public domain materials

Not allowed:

  • Copyrighted images, logos, or artwork without permission

  • Celebrity images

  • Trademarked sports or brand logos

Verification:

  • We may request proof of rights before printing or publishing

  • Third-party materials require documentation

Liability:

Users are responsible for the content they submit.
Legal and financial responsibility for violations lies with the user.
