Cancellation & Modification Policy

At BirdiePolos, every item is made-to-order. Once we start production, the piece is crafted specifically for you — so cancellations and changes must follow clear rules.

1. CANCELING YOUR ORDER

Within the first 24 hours

✅ Full refund
❌ No fee
Your order hasn’t entered production yet, so cancellation is simple.

After 24 hours

⚠️ A 50% production fee applies
Your order is already being prepared. Materials, printing setup, and labor cost begin at this stage.

After production begins

🚫 No cancellation
Once your item enters production, it cannot be stopped, refunded, or reversed.

2. HOW TO CANCEL

Email us immediately at cs@birdiepolos.com with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for cancellation

  • Date & time of purchase

We respond within 24 hours.

3. MODIFYING YOUR ORDER

We allow small adjustments within the first 24 hours.

Changes allowed within 24 hours

  • Shipping address (before shipment)

  • Size adjustments

  • Color or variant changes

Not allowed

❌ No changes once production starts
❌ No design edits after 24 hours
❌ No merging or splitting orders

4. HOW TO REQUEST MODIFICATIONS

Email cs@birdiepolos.com and include:

  • Order number

  • Exact changes you want

  • Original order details

⚠️ Only considered approved when we confirm in writing.

5. REFUNDS

Processing time

Refunds take 5–10 business days after approval.

Based on payment method

  • Credit/debit card: up to 10 business days

  • PayPal: 3–5 business days

  • Bank transfer: 5–7 business days

Partial refunds will be clearly outlined in the confirmation email.

6. SPECIAL CASES

Bulk orders

Large-volume or corporate orders may follow separate cancellation rules.
Contact us before placing bulk orders.

Pre-orders

Full refund is available until production begins.

Custom or limited-edition items

Setup fees and design-related charges are non-refundable.
Additional restrictions may apply.
